Elkton, Kentucky


Elkton is a small community of approximately 1,984 citizens; a slow-paced town featuring gems such as the second oldest courthouse in Kentucky, with all the advantages of being near larger cities. You can be in downtown Nashville, Tennessee or Bowling Green, Kentucky in just under an hour, while Clarksville, Tennessee and Hopkinsville, Kentucky are about 20 minutes away.

Elkton is also very blessed with many recreational facilities nearby. Within twenty miles of Elkton is Lake Malone State Park with Shady Cliff Resort and Marina. Elkton is also located within seventy miles of Kenlake State Resort Park, Lake Barkley State Resort Park and the Land Between the Lakes. Many of these nearby state parks have newly renovated golf courses that are ranked tops in the state.
