The tiny town of Sparta began as a village named Brock's Station in 1802.  In the mid 1800’s Sparta became a stop on the Louisville and Nashville Railroad and today the CSX trains still run through the town.  Take a scenic drive just a mile off Interstate 71 and discover the beauty of Eagle Creek, the quaintness of the town and the fast track of Kentucky Speedway.
