Kenlake State Resort Park is carrying on the tradition and hosting A Visit with the Eagles,  a weekend dedicated to our national symbol, the Bald Eagle. When the weather starts to turn cold, Bald Eagles from the north migrate south in search of ample food supplies. Kentucky State Parks takes this opportunity to arrange special field outings to view this majestic bird in the wild.

Boat Tours on the CQ Princess are available Saturday and Sunday; interpretive staff from Kentucky Dept of Parks and Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife will be on board to assist in spotting these magnificent birds and to answer any questions.

Start your weekend with the update of Eagles in Kentucky on Friday evening and stay for the Live Birds of Prey Program on Saturday evening an see a Bald Eagle up close.
Contact the park at 270-474-2211 for more information.
