Kentucky Derby

No other state in the Union has as visible a symbol as Kentucky and its horses. Here, we truly do enjoy a love affair with all things equine. Nowhere does the Commonwealth's rich tradition of thoroughbred raising and racing come more alive than at Louisville's twin-spired Churchill Downs, site of the "most exciting two minutes in sports" - the Kentucky Derby.

Rolex Three-Day Event

Held annually at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington the last weekend in April, the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event is organized by Equestrian Events Inc. (EEI), a non-profit charitable corporation created in 1975 to stage the 1978 World Three-Day Event Championships.
