8.0 mile mountain bike trail, fishing lake, playground and shelter facilities

Waverly Park is a top destination for mountain bikers in the Louisville metro. Eight miles of great single track have been cut at Waverly and is open to bikers and trail runners. An additional mile and a half of trails are open to foot traffic as well. People are not just enjoying the trails though, there is also a fishing lake at Waverly. Operated by the Louisville Metro Park System, it is a great place for families to visit and spend the day.
