541 acre park, boat ramp and access to 57,921 acre Lake Barkley, 18-hole golf course

Located on the shores of Lake Barkley, Mineral Mound State Park is a great site to enjoy all the lake has to offer. The park is located on what was once the farmland of Willis B. Machen. The 541 acre park provides a boat launch ramp to access to the 50,00+ acres of Lake Barkley. The park is also part of the Kentucky State Park Golf Trail and has 18-holes of both wooded and lake side holes. The course at Mineral Mound is the only Audubon certified course in the state park system. Be sure to call and schedule your tee time.
