43 acre park, 1.3 miles paved trail for hiking & biking, river overlooks
Giles Conrad Park was the first in Boone County to feature a view of the river. Dedicated in 2004, the 43 acre park also has more than one mile of trails open to hikers and bikers. There are also spurs that lead to overlooks positioned along the banks of the river that provide spectacular views. A large open green space in the middle is the perfect spot for families and friends to enjoy a sunny afternoon outside.
