714 acre nature preserve, 3.01 mile trail, environmental education opportunities

Jesse Stuart State Nature Preserve was dedicated in 1979 and shares the name of internationally renowned author Jesse Stuart. The preserve totals over 700 acres in Greenup County. Used primarily for environmental education, there is also a three mile trail for hiking and wildlife watching.
