60 acres, mostly forested, hunting for whitetail, wild turkey & small game
This smaller sized Wildlife Management Area covers only 60 acres in Webster County, but there is still plenty of opportunities for a memorable hunt or journey outdoors. The mostly forested property was donated by former wildlife biologist Lee K. Nelson and it contains good populations of whitetail deer and wild turkey. There is also an abundance of small game for hunters to pursure. Lee K. Nelson Wildlife Management Area fits the bill of the potential for great hunting opportunities in western Kentucky.
