1,983 acres, 97% forested, steep terrain, mostly upland timber, populations of deer, turkey & small game, open to statewide hunting regulations
Marrowbone State Forest and Wildlife Management Area is co-owned by the Kentucky Division of Forestry and the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources. This area is very steep in some places, and most of it is heavily forested in upland timber. The total size is almost 2,000 acres, and there are good game populations present. It is open under statewide hunting regulations.
