258 acre WMA, mostly flat creek bottom and wetland, 5 fishing ponds
Fishing is the most popular recreational activity at the 250 acre Winford Wildlife Management Area in western Kentucky. The WMA is bordered on two sides by Mayfield Creek, and has 5 fishing ponds located within its boundaries. There is a good amount of wetland in this WMA, but there are no trails or roads within it, making access difficult.
