Mountain bike trail system, 9.2 miles currently completed, travels around Nolin Lake, maintained by the Southwest chapter of KyMBA, varying difficulty levels and technical challenges
Brier Creek Trail System has been developed as a partnership between the Southwest Kentucky Mountain Bike Association, Kentucky State Parks, US Army Corps of Engineers, and the Friends of Nolin Lake. The trail system currently includes two complete loops, the Omega Downhill Flow, Lake Shore Bluff and the Point Loop Trail for a total of just over nine miles. The trail is open to hikers, mountain bikers, and trail runners. Additional construction is currently underway to provide over 9 miles of riding. The Nolin Lake State Park Campground is located across the parking lot from the trailhead and provides campsites with electrical and water hook-ups as well as showers. Also in the works, is a trail designed for beginners to be located adjacent to the campground.
