This highly sensitive nature preserve is only accessible through guided tours conducted by the Nature Conservancy or Kentucky State Nature Preserves. There are globally rare species located at Eastview-Barrens that make protection the upmost priority for the area. Dedicated in 1997, those willing to schedule tours can experience some truly rare and unique species.
