GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Kingdom Come State Park lies on the Kentucky-Virginia border and is the highest state park in Kentucky. Featuring scenic vistas and extraordinary rock formations, including a natural bridge and 290 ft monolith soaring into the sky, the park offers hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and primitive camping. With approximately 5 miles of smaller, connecting trails, visitors are able to create their own trail experience while viewing all the Kingdom Come State Park has to offer. The Pine Mountain State Scenic Trail also travels through Kingdom Come State Park via the Little Shepherd Trail. Kingdom Come is a park rich in history, scenic views, wildlife and outdoor adventure!
