8 miles, very technical trail, switchbacks, extreme terrain, certain sections travel near Ohio River and offer nice views, not for inexperienced riders
Tower Park in Fort Thomas should not be hard to find. The 102 foot tall stone water tower located at the entrance to the park usually offers visitors a reliable landmark for finding the park. The tower was built on the military reservation of Fort Thomas in 1890. A more modern draw to the park is the eight miles of mountain biking trails that are located within the park. Very popular among riders from northern Kentucky and the greater Cincinnati area, the single track offers riders some challenges. Maintained by a dedicated group of trail users, this trail system should continue to draw dedicated riders for years to come.
