Mountain Biking

Good single track can be found throughout Kentucky. Local stacked loops and lengthy stretches through the woods provide mountain bikers in Kentucky with lots of options. One area that mountain bikers won't want to miss is Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area and the miles and miles of great single track they offer. There are a number of races and competitions to choose from that attract riders of all skill levels.
