Sloughs Wildlife Management Area

10,998 acres, mostly wetland, good hunting and fishing, wildlife observation platforms,

Over 10,000 acres primarily located in Henderson County and split into 6 separate units, Sloughs WMA is one of the most popular WMAs in western Kentucky. With thousands of Geese and ducks birds each year, it is easy to see why it has become so popular among waterfowl hunters. There are observation platforms that are open seasonally to allow people to observe the plentiful wildlife in its natural state.
