Bicycling

Biking is becoming one of the fastest-growing activities in the country and Kentucky is becoming a destination for both mountain and road bikers.

Trails in the Land Between the Lakes and Daniel Boone National Forest challenge all skill levels, from a beginner to a world-class competitor. Kentucky also offers thousands of miles of scenic roads for the leisure biker or a competitor chasing a national title.

With dozens of amateur and professional competitions, as well as other organized rides, Kentucky is a scenic and challenging place to ride.
