Kentucky Outdoor Adventure

Adventure Tourism Awaits

Hundreds of Kentucky camping sites and hiking trails. Thousands of miles of rivers and more than 50 fishing and boating lakes (more coastline than Florida). White water rafting and canoeing expeditions. The longest cave system in the world. Nearly 900,000 acres of national forests and 52 state parks just waiting to be explored — and that's just the beginning.

Welcome to the Kentucky outdoors. If you're yearning for a vacation offering fresh air, scenic views and pure, unbridled adventure, check out the sights and sounds of Kentucky's natural attractions.

Visit the famous Mammoth Cave National Park for caving expeditions. Take advantage of some of the best hiking and camping in Kentucky in the Daniel Boone National Forest. Load up the RV and find adventurous excursions down scenic byways. And, don't forget to keep your eyes peeled for the largest free-ranging elk herd east of Montana.
