Harlan County Campground and RV Park is located on the Putney Trailhead for the Black Mountain OHV Park. This means you can camp, RV, or rent one of our cabins directly on the trails without having to trailor your atv or 4x4 to hit the trails. We provide primitive and electric camp sites, RV hook-ups, dumping station, rental cabins, showerhouse and bathroom facilities. 606-273-6189
