About

Museum, gift shop & snack bar are open weekends October through April. The hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm. on Saturday and 10:00am - 6pm on Sunday. They are open daily May - September from 9:00am - 5pm. In addition to the museum, walk the bluffs and massive earthenworks that formed the Confederate trenches. See one of the anchors and part of the mile-long chain used to blockade the Mississippi River. Cannons and shells from the Civil War are also on display in the park.
