Beautiful mountains and a sparkling lake surround the 700 acre Twin Knobs campground. There are 216 campsites that accommodate a large R.V. (42' max. length) or family tent, provide privacy and comfort in a natural setting, and offer lovely views of Cave Run Lake. There are both reservable and non-reservable sites. Reservations can be made by calling 1-877-444-6777. Handicapped accessible sites are also available.
