About

The resting place of Daniel Boone's grandson, Nathan B. Goe, is located off HWY 399 and the the Sheltowee Trace in the Old Landing Area of Lee County. Nathan was the second child of Rebecca Boone (1768-1805) and Phillip Goe. It is interesting to see the misspellings on the headstone. This graveyard also holds Boone's travel companion William Pigg and great great granddaughter Nellie White. May relatives still live in the area.
