About

Rumored to be haunted, the old jail hosted a variety of inmates for several decades. Visitors can view the cell area on the ground floor, the jailer's living quarters on the second floor, and earthen solitary confinement chamber s in the basement. In addition to inmate history, several items are on display highlighting other areas of Garrard County's history.
