Headquarters of the Sisters of Loretto. Founded in 1812 and moved to its curent location in 1824. It is one of the first religious orders of women west of the Allegheny Mountains. The church was built in 1860 and in 1812 the log cabin of founder Father Charles Nerinckx. Also on the premises is Rhodes Hall Art Gallery.
