Treasure of flourite crystals discovered in local mines and from around the world. The largest and most spectacular display of fluorite crystal in the world. Displays of other minerals, photographs, letters, records, mining equipment, and other memorabilia. From 1920 to 1980, Mr. Clement amassed the world's largest collection of fluorite specimens. The fluorite is associated with quartz, calcite, shpalerite, galena and barite from the Kentucky-Illinois Flourite District, famous for unique specimens.The museum also offers monthly digs from April thru October,Please see our web site.
