Horseback Riding & Trails

Kentucky is synonymous with horses, and horseback riding lets you saddle up and wind down as you and your four-legged companion explore natural and scenic wonders of the state. As Winston Churchill once observed, “There is something about the outside of a horse that is good for the inside of a man.” You can let your love of horses and nature have full rein as you ramble along trails through leafy glades and forested ridges in Daniel Boone National Forest. A great activity for families to do together, horseback riding provides loads of fun at reasonable prices.
