Clara M. Eagle Gallery

The Clara M. Eagle Gallery is a dramatic and exciting multi-level exhibition space located within the Department of Art and Design at Murray State University. The gallery serves as a wonderful resource for students and visitors to learn about the history of art while experiencing the powerful implications of contemporary new media. With over 1,200 works of art housed in our permanent collection and 8,200 sq.ft of exhibition space, The University Galleries at Murray State are a constant source of innovative programming and educational research within the community.

Eagle Gallery hosts two national, juried exhibitions; The Magic Silver is a biennial photography competition currently in its 29th year and The Kentucky National is an annual call for traditional and new media, with an emphasis on work that shows an emerging or interdisciplinary practice.
