Wight-Meyer Vineyard
Wight-Meyer Vineyard

Nestled behind the pines on 16 acres, that's where you'll find Bullitt County's first commercial vineyard, what you see today is nothing from where we first began. The year was 1996 and we started with just 53 vines and a passion for wine making.  Two years later we planted our first acre and just kept expanding and we reached 2.5 acres in 2002.

Our biggest step, thanks to encouragement from family and friends, was taking the leap from amateur wine making. That's when, in 2006, we converted our existing barn into a winery.

Today, we have completed construction on a new tasting room where our wines are sure to tempt your taste buds. We welcome you to come see for yourself how our passion and strive for excellence has made Wight-Meyer Vineyards grow into a premiere winery offering award-winning Kentucky wines.
