The museum portrays women as nurses, spies, soldiers in disguise, and plantation and factory workers. Clothing and artifacts from the era help tell their story. Purchase tickets at the Civil War Museum.  Open daily, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Mar. 1- Oct. 31, Fri., Sat., & Sun only Nov. 1 - Dec. 15.  Closed Dec. 16 - Feb. 28, Easter & Thanksgiving. www.civil-war-museum.org
