This special tour is set in 1901 and guests will see stockings hung on the mantel, the dining table set for a feast and the magnificent tree in the parlor. The house is furnished with the personal belongings of the Smith-Garrett family.</strong></p>]]>

<p><strong>Start Date:11/28/2009 </strong></p><p><strong>Join Shaker Village and the Woodford Hounds fox hunters for their annual Blessing of the Hounds. This traditional event features a blessing of the hounds, riders and the fox and is followed by the first meet of the formal season. Witness this grand event where riders dress in formal hunting attire with foxhounds alongside.

The event takes place near the West Lot equestrian facility.  

• No admission required
• Starting Time: 10:00 a.m.
