Mountain Springs Inn is situated on 32 acres in pristine Jackson County, Kentucky. We're conveniently located just 20 minutes from Berea and 45 minutes from Lexington or London.
The Inn features 12 tastefully decorated guest rooms, each with a private bath and cable TV. Each room offers a spectacular view of the property and surrounding countryside.
Each morning, guests are treated to a hearty continental breakfast featuring fresh baked muffins, pastries, cold cereals, yogurt, seasonal fruits, hot coffee, tea and a variety of juices. (Please let us know in advance if you have special dietary requirements).
Enjoy a leisurely morning taking in a breathtaking view from our spacious dining room or elevated outdoor deck. You may get lucky and see one of our resident critters. Deer, wild turkey and fox are regularly sighted here. (Slippers and "jammies" are welcome!)
'Wet a line' in the Inn's well stocked pond or take a leisurely walk or guided trail ride on the Inn's private trails. The area also offers easy access to hundreds of miles of riding and hiking trails in the surrounding Daniel Boone National Forest.
The Inn has stables available if you bring your own horse or you're welcome to ride one of ours. We also offer riding lessons for beginners. Please call for fees, schedules and availability. (All riders must participate in horsemanship orientation and safety before taking an Inn guided ride.)
At the days end, relax in the "common room". Play a game of horseshoes, cards or just "kick back" with a bowl of popcorn in front of the Inn's large screen TV.
We usually have something fun going on, so please call us or check out our website for our current "Schedule of Events". We have concerts scheduled throughout the year featuring top notch regional singers and musicians!
