breakfast, lunch and dinner daily from mid-February through December.
The garden and dining room staff take pride in preparing
meals with ingredients grown in the vegetable garden just outside the Trustees'

The menus celebrate our roots while featuring new dishes
made from seasonal ingredients found in the garden and from local farmers.
Guests can count on traditional favorites on the menu, such as tomato celery
soup, cole slaw, corn sticks, relish bowls, fried chicken and corn pudding. The
menus will also offer dishes inspired by the seasons, changing depending on
locally available ingredients.
Breakfast - Served Every Day, 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Mid-day Fare - Served Every Day, 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Evening Fare - Served Every Day, 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
The Trustees’ Office Dining Room is closed December 24
and 25, and during the month of January,
all meals are served in our Winter Kitchen.
