Roxie is really known for her home fries and handmade biscuits with gravy. The gravy is creamy and made from scratch and the potatoes are first boiled and sliced before going on the griddle where they get nice and crisp. The biscuits also make a nice bed for the tangy country sausage specially blended for her at nearby Kirby & Poe.
