Kentucky Whitewater offers kayaking, rafting and swiftwater rescue instruction and trips.  We offer exciting whitewater rafting trips on the Russell Fork River at Breaks Interstate Park near Pikeville, KY.

Enjoy the scenic beauty of one of America's most beautiful waterways during its fall foilage peak.  Rafting on the Russell Fork River, is a 3 hour, 3-mile long guided river trip.  An adventurous and scenic ride including several major Class 3-4 rapids like Railroad, 20 Stitches, and The Box Canyon. The fun is non-stop from the minute we put on the water and is for ages 10 years and older on our Upper trips and ages 6 and older on the lower Russell Fork.  All participants should weigh over 50 lbs.

We also offer an amazing guided kayak paddle excursion to the base of Cumberland Falls, a 68-foot waterfall in southern KY.  In addition to our excursions we also offer detailed kayak instruction as well as swiftwater rescue, wilderness and remote first aid and CPR instruction.
