Island Heritage Mural

2017 Mural designed to honor the 1872 Historic Island Wooden Bridge, the first school and church in the community in addition to 3 notable locals including William Worthington (Revolutionary War Vet, State Senator, Circuit Judge & Island Founder), Col. Absalom Shacklett (highest ranking Civil War Vet in McLean Co.) & Detroit Tigers outfielder Bobby Veach.
