The Midway Bakery is in the cafeteria of the decades-old former Midway High School. Guests will see staff in the open kitchen create cookies, pies, breads and more. Everything we bake is made by hand with real ingredients, no fillers, gels or stabilizers — just butter, sugar, cream and chocolate. Our flours come from Weisenberger Mill down the road; most of the corn and wheat is raised right here in Kentucky. Gluten-free options available. The bakery also carries Kentucky products such as local sorghum, honey and more. Gourmet doughnuts are available on weekends!
