Mt. Sterling is located conveniently off 1-64 at Exit 110 with hotels, restaurants and fun attractions for everyone. Get out and see the beauty of small town Kentucky. Take a tour of the Ruth Hunt Candy Factory- home of the Woodford Reserve Bourbon Balls and the Blue Monday cream candy bar since 1921. Stroll though the historic downtown shopping and dining district, with architecture that dates back to the 1700's. The Gateway Regional Arts Center on Main Street offers a variety of exhibits and events year round. The beautiful downtown area is also the location for a variety of outdoor events, including Kentucky's Oldest Festival- October Court Days, The Small Town America Festival in August and the First Friday Markets on summer evenings from June through September. The Indian Creek Golf Course and Restaurant offers a peaceful landscape of gently rolling hills to unwind, golf and enjoy a wonderful meal and cocktails overlooking the course. Mt.
