798 acres, 300 ft buffer surroinding Cedar Creek Lake, statewide hunting seasons except modern gun deer season, no spring turkey, shoreline fishing access
The Wildlife Management Area at Cedar Creek Lake consists of the 300 feet buffer zone that surrounds the entire lake. This not only provides hunting access, but also has helped to preserve and benefit the fishery in the lake. The WMA is 800 acres, roughly half of it is forested, and the other half is open land. Hunters may pursue small game, deer (no modern gun season) and fall turkey.
