Rooster Brewing

On the Brewgrass Trail, in a county that was dry until a few years ago, Rooster Brewing crafts a variety of barrel-aged brews and farmhouse ales. With eight French- and Belgian-influenced in-house brews on tap, it’s the perfect place for those who love IPAs. Our four fun flavors available year-round are Sleepy Puppy, Gone to Morocco, Quiche My Ass and Elephant, and they’re accompanied by rotating seasonal brews. We’re open Thursdays and Fridays with summer Saturday hours. Stop by for a drink or two and take home some of our bottled and canned brew for the rest of your trip.
