Gorgeous cottage overlooking Lake Cumberland and Lake Cumberland Marina (formerly Alligator II) which has boat slips, boat dock and restaurant in the marina. The dock and marina are only 1/4 mile down the hill from the house!The hot tub on the deck holds 6 people! The home has a big yard with lots of trees for privacy even if you’re 1 minute from the marina. 

In addition, there is a Loft Area with 1 bed and bath with an open area overlooking the downstairs.
