Cottage of Eden

Listen to the birds sing as the beautiful walkway guides you to your quaint cottage getaway. Take in nature, as you’re surrounded by trees and even a creek that flows not far from the deck all while 10min from town. Inside, special touches were added of Kentucky Derby specific photos, books, kitchenware, Bourbon Trail glasses and bourbon barrel heads imprinted with local distilleries. The dining table top is even made of wood from Shelby County’s own Bulleit Distilling Company.

This 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is set up as a studio style, with a partial wall separating living room and bedroom space. There is a kitchenette with a two burner electric cooktop, microwave, toaster oven and mini fridge with freezer door. A full bathroom is just off the bedroom space with a tub+shower. There is a lovely backyard area complete with a cozy firepit area.
