In his spare time, Adam cruises backroads in pursuit of adventure. Stoked is an original digital series that combines Adam's taste for gravel and local foods. Glick travels to the Land Between the Lakes in Western Kentucky for some early-morning paddleboarding. Hunger takes over, so he heads to Paducah to meet "Top Chef" competitor Sara Bradley, who cooks a favorite brisket as they chat about their love of bourbon. Then Glick burns off the BBQ with some dirt bike action with Michael Akaydin, a Kentuckian and professional motocross athlete.

Adam begins his day showing viewers the art of over-easy egg cookery, then meets up with Kentucky outdoor adventure photographer Mike Wilkinson. Together, they go to Mammoth Cave National Park and embark on one of the most extreme spelunking tours in the country, where they crawl, squeeze and scramble to find a perfect photo opportunity. By the time they come back to the surface, they are covered in dirt and exhausted. Looking to refuel, the guys grill up some local corn on the campfire.
