Travel a Kentucky scenic byway past beautiful horse farms on your way to the Headley-Whitney Museum of Art. Founded in 1968 by noted local jewelry designer George Headley, the Museum has long been an icon of art and culture in the Bluegrass. The Museum features a fascinating and diverse collection of jewels, bibelots, dollhouses, Shell Grotto, and rotating exhibits. The 5 acres of beautiful grounds are perfect for a family picnic or an afternoon stroll. The Museum also hosts workshops for adults & children. Come and see this gem of the Bluegrass. The Museum is currently home to an exhibit of photographs from the Tony Leonard Collection.

Hours are:  Wednesday-Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday & Sunday 12pm-5pm. Last admission at 4pm.
