All three of Kentucky’s major airports participate in the Sunflower program where non-visible disabilities are a focus.  Travelers with conditions that may be unseen including chronic pain, post-traumatic stress disorder, autism or epilepsy can wear a sunflower lanyard to signal to airport employees that they may need extra time, attention or support.
