Jim Beam® Kentucky Bourbon Cake

For a cake with a kick, just add Jim Beam® Bourbon. Visiting and touring this iconic distillery – either the American Stillhouse in Clermont or Urban Stillhouse in Louisville – is a classic Kentucky experience. Bring home a bottle and whip up this delicious dessert to remember your trip by.
1 cup Jim Beam® Bourbon
1 pound confectioner's sugar
1 pound chopped pecans
1 tablespoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 pound butter
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 cups flour
6 eggs, beaten
8 ounces chopped dates
8 ounces raisins
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Beat until smooth. Add flour, soda, baking powder and nutmeg alternately with Jim Beam® Bourbon and molasses. Mix in raisins, dates and pecans. Bake at 275 degrees for one hour in 10-inch tube pan.
